Our restaurant can accommodate up to 140 diners. We have 2 dining rooms each catering for 50 people and an inside and outside terrace. The members of our staff speak several languages.
We offer a regional cuisine specially enriched with fresh local produce (mushrooms, truffades (an Auvergne speciality of potatoes and cheese), pounti (a savoury cake of the Auvergne), lentils of Puy (considered to be the best lentil because of their unique peppery flavour. They're the only lentil to be identified by area of cultivation - the Le Puy region of France).
